Her career background consists of public accounting, private for-profit accounting and private non-profit accounting. Knowledge includes not only Accounting and Finance but also State and Federal Regulations, Grants Management, Marketing, Fundraising, Business Acquisitions, and Tax Exempt Bonds. Formal education is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Business, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Since 2008, Rhiannon has used her finance expertise to strengthen the financial structure of the agency and meet the needs of the mission.
